The Software Factory and its parent company, The Resource for Great Programs, continues the tradition of EXCELLENT SUPPORT and LOW COST established by the late Roger Lilavois, the creator of IOLTA2 and the pioneer of the software that has enabled the IOLTA movement to grow and thrive throughout the 1980s, 1990s, and 2000s.

Integration of the IOLTA2 software with the methods and tools of "IOLTA Revenue Enhancement" is provided by Ken Smith, founder and President of The Resource for Great Programs.
